It is a great pleasure to invite you to join the symposium on "Light for driving and monitoring chemical reactions" at AMOLF in Amsterdam on September 8th, 2023. The symposium brings together the Dutch sustainable energy community and highlights recent advances in triggering and monitoring chemistry using light. We present a high-level program with four keynote speakers:
Annemarie Huijser (University Twente: Photoinduced Charge Transfer and Thermal Effects in Sensitized Semiconductors for Photochemical Conversion
Tianquan (Tim) Lian (Emory University): Structure and Dynamics at Metal electrode/Electrolyte Interface Probed by In Situ Electrochemical Surface Enhanced/Selective Vibrational Spectroscopic Methods
Yujin Tong (Fritz Haber Institute): Characterization of Ultrafast Processes at Electrochemical Interfaces: Towards Femtoelectrochemistry
Giulia Tagliabue (EPFL): Unraveling Hot Carrier Transfer Processes in Plasmonic Energy Devices
Moreover, all attendees are invited to present a poster and contribute to the discussion session.
Registration for the workshop is free of charge.
We look forward to welcoming you on September 8.
