Each challenge in scientific research requires a different approach. This is why our research strategy for the greenification of the chemical industry comprises both bilateral and multilateral projects, conducted by a team of experts with a clearly collaborative mindset.
What is a multilateral project at ARC CBBC?
A multilateral project is a research project in which several academic researchers collaborate with several industry partners to address a broad research topic in an endeavour to realize long-term innovation potential and in which a multidisciplinary approach is a key success factor. Our multilateral projects aim to solve important challenges in chemistry by bringing together researchers with complementary expertise in such fields as catalyst development, analytical chemistry, computational chemistry, reactor engineering and fundamental chemistry.
