About me
I was born in Waalwijk in the south of the Netherlands. I received my BSc and MSc degrees in Chemistry and Physics at Utrecht University. During this time I focussed mainly on the synthesis of plasmonic gold nanorods. In August 2023, I started my PhD as an ARC CBBC member in the soft condensed matter and biophysics group. In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, going for a run, or reading a book.
