Ning Wei

About me

My name is Ning Wei, and I will start my postdoctoral position at MCC under the supervision of Dr. Nong Artrith.

My project leverages computational data, AI tools, and large language models (LLMs, via Python/GPT) to extract catalyst profiles for Cu-catalyzed CO₂ hydrogenation from both the literature and collaborators’ datasets. The model is then iteratively fine-tuned as the database grows. The ultimate goal is to develop a predictive tool for catalyst recommendation and to forecast activity and selectivity under specified conditions. This project is part of the ARC CBBC consortium.

In my free time, I enjoy making coffee, reading and learning new things, and meeting new people. I also really enjoy traveling.
