About me
I applied for the ARC CBBC membership because I want to contribute to stronger ties between academia and industry in the field chemistry and chemical engineering. I am eager to find creative solutions to make our economy / society more sustainable.About my research
…developing the concept of atomic layer deposition on nanoparticles at atmospheric pressure with my team, consisting of people with very different strengths. One the one hand, this his led to detailed insight in the fluidization of nanoparticle agglomerates, and the mechanism of depositing coatings/nanoclusters on the nanoparticle surface. On the other hand, it enabled the scalable production of nanostructured materials for a range of applications, opening up opportunities for commercialization of this technology.Academic career
